Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full merchandise refund. You can return or exchange your item for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Exchange items must be in the condition you received them in and be contained in the original box and/or packaging. Return costs are to be paid by the buyer. Click here for a Return Address Label. We can only refund the value of the product, postage costs are not included in refunds or exchanges.

Plug and play installation Kits
If you have purchased a Universalfuze.com plug and play installation kit, WE MUST KNOW THE MODEL NUMBER of your new audio unit to be able to send you the correct adapter.​ If you did not advise the model number of your new audio unit in the checkout notes of the Paypal transaction, promptly email sales@universalfuze.com with that information so we can include the correct adapter.
All website purchases without audio unit make and model information supplied will be shipped within 24hrs of checkout​ with a universal adapter that may result in some manual connections needing to be made.

DOMESTIC....
Allow up to 2 business days handling time for packing and lodging with Australia Post. At that point, you will be provided a tracking number (via your PayPal account) and all further delivery information will be available only from www.auspost.com.au
​Australia post advises 3-10 business days delivery time for interstate road freight. Tracking information can take up to 5 working days to be available via live track on the Australia Post website. Find out more at AUSTRALIA POST INFO.

​We have three different dispatch locations in Western Australia and in Queensland. 
​As stock varies at different times at each location, your order may be shipped from either, though we will endeavor always to send your order from your closest dispatch center so it arrives to you sooner.
​Due to the large mass of some items (subwoofers, speaker enclosures etc.) there are some exclusions to Aus Post delivery and these items are marked at point of sale.
